Air Balancing is a necessary step in the construction process to help insure the HVAC systems are working properly and as designed. An out of balanced system leads to discomfort, cold spots, building pressure issues, and increased energy costs.

Kitchen exhaust hoods and make up air units are designed to work in balance with each other. If a kitchen is out of balance, this leads to smoke lingering in the kitchen and at times lingering in the dining area as well. Our professional and certified techs can help diagnose your kitchen smoke issues as well as properly balance the kitchen ventilation equipment.
Building Pressure:
A properly balanced building will help insure a slight positive building pressure relative to the outdoors. An out of balanced system can cause buildings to fall under a negative pressure which can cause insects and dust to migrate into the building from the outdoors.
